Individual coachingA typical first session can last for two hours. Subsequent sessions will be arranged to meet the needs of the client. Sometimes two sessions are sufficient and rarely more than six. Each client will be invited to complete a survey to identify strengths and areas where development and enhancement of resources is needed. Clients often report that the process of reconnecting with their resources increases confidence in their own intellect, creativity, intuition and efficacy in leadership style. Workshops for management and staffA workforce educated in human psychology and adaptability develops greater self-awareness, increased empathy and therefore improved effectiveness. Our workshops will promote self-awareness and offer vital information to anyone dealing with others and wanting to create an environment that fosters well-being. What you learn forms the basis of successful management of human resources; and can save your organisation substantial amounts of money on sick leave, as well as strengthen loyalty to the organisation. Once the scientific principles underpinning mental health and well-being are understood, people become more creative, better at problem solving and more flexible. Workshop topics (half a day or whole day)
Performance needs auditThe Performance Needs Audit (PNA) is a simple form that can be used by individual employees to assess how well their emotional needs are being met in the workplace, and the likely impact that has on performance. The collated results of all individuals in a group/team/company can provide an insight into ways of improving corporate performance. The forms are completed privately and anonymously, and are held by the consultant. This exercise will provide guidance on what coaching is needed by individuals, and what coaching would benefit teams. |
